Don’t be that person in the gym who takes ALL the foam rollers to their mat just in case they might need them, and then plays on their phone for 15 minutes before deciding that foam rolling isn’t really their thing.

Diseases? Not anymore. “Incurable,” if you say so.
Cravings? Not lately, but they used to be intense.
Boredom? Nope. I look forward to eating my raw food.
Favorite Fruit? I’m really into peaches right now. ?
Greens? Yes, lately, but considering cutting back again.
Salad Dressing? Lately, it’s been tomato jalapeño lemon.
Fat Intake? I feel best with no overt fats.
Salt Intake? I’d rather eat celery and tomatoes.
Dehydrated Intake? Not in a very long time.
Bullying? I get better and better at handling it.
Still Learning? Always, every day.
Purpose? I love getting messages saying I’ve helped people take back their lives. That makes sharing my life worth it.
Consistency? Yep.
Time? Yep.
Patience? Yep.
Random Thoughts:
-Failure isn’t messing up. It’s giving up or refusing to try again.
