I’ve Changed A Little Bit

I’ve changed a little bit. It’s kinda cool to look back and see just how much.

You can probably tell by my pictures that I never expected this to happen, until it actually did. I tried to wear the same dress and sort of pose the same way to be able to see the changes, just in case it did work. Part of me still doesn’t believe what happened until I see it for myself in the pictures. Was I really THAT sick? Or was that all just a horribly traumatic memory of a nightmare? I was in a living hell… but raw vegan fruit-based low-fat low-protein low-sodium set me free.

Just keep going. Even when it feels useless and like you’re not making any progress at all, because that’s exactly how it felt for the majority of the time! Keep taking pictures. Keep doing everything in your power every single day to heal. One day, you might look back, and be surprised at just how far you have come.

Vegan for the animals and the planet.
Raw Fruitarian for my health.
