I had my full body measurements done again in the gym today. I’m gaining muscles with a low-protein low-fat diet (90/5/5 – 80/10/10) and have put on several pounds of muscle in the last month mainly in my thighs and chest, but also filling out my left side to match my right side. My waist measurements are consistent from last month. 39-28-39
(Edit: Last month was 38-28-38 – that’s bust-waist-booty)
So, yeah, I’ve been gaining a little weight on this lifestyle recently, but it appears to be muscles in all the right places. I am looking forward to next month’s numbers… just gotta stay consistent in the gym and always with my nutrition.
I no longer care about the scale. That will go up and down as I transform/heal always. Who cares?! Regardless of the numbers, I’m still going to do everything in my power every single day – food, fitness, and self-love. That’s the magic formula. Consistency, time, patience, more fruit… rinse, repeat.
