This is the preliminary plan for today: I’ve got 1.5 gallons of watermelon juice (with the rind), 2 Hawaiian papayas (eating some seeds), and 4 ataulfo mangoes. I’m planning on a cucumber/zucchini noodle bowl for dinner. I’m not sure how I’ll flavor it yet. Maybe just some lemons blended with jalapeño? I’ll see what I feel like later. I should hit close to 2,500 calories today.
With 100 degree daily weather happening now in Texas, hydration in my food is SO important for keeping comfortable. I’ll also be working out in the gym.
I keep my fat intake very low 6/7 days a week for disease reversal purposes simply by not eating any overt fats. 8-13g daily is what I see on average just from eating hydrating fruits. I feel like this element was extremely important for the “miracles” I witnessed, in addition to the all-raw fruit-based lifestyle. My body healed herself from “incurable” disabling diseases and continues to heal and reverse old damage every single day. I’ve come a long way, and yet there’s always more to improve.
Consistency, time, and patience. The cure is in removing the cause(s).
